Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • This promotion is available only to existing Visa Journey Planner (VJP) clients with an active subscription.
   • Referrals must be new clients who have not previously received any consultation from AMS.

2. Referral Process:

   • Referrals must schedule and complete an initial consultation with AMS for this promotion to be valid.
   • The referred individual must showcase referrer’s CMS customer number (ID) at the time of booking the initial consultation.

3. Discount Structure:

   • The referrer will receive a $50 discount on their VJP monthly subscription for each successful referral who completes their initial consultation.
   • The discount can accumulate with multiple referrals, e.g. First -$50, Second -$100 etc…

4. Referral Limits:

   • There is no maximum limit to the number of referrals a client can make.
   • The promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

5. Refunds and Adjustments:

   • If the referrer cancels their subscription, any discounts received will be reversed, and the client will be charged the full monthly subscription fee for the applicable months.
   • If the referred individual cancels or does not attend their initial consultation, the discount will not be applied to the referrer.

6. Validity:

   • This promotion may be withdrawn or modified at AMS’s discretion without prior notice.
   • AMS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time.

7. General:

   • By participating in this promotion, the referrer and referred individual agree to these terms and conditions.
   • AMS reserves the right to disqualify any individual from this promotion if any fraudulent activity or violation of the terms is detected.
   • All decisions regarding the promotion, including eligibility and discount applications, are final and at the discretion of AMS.
