The state of South Australia has announced that, from February 1st 2022 onwards, present and future holders of a Subclass 188 or 132 visa will not require meeting with Skilled & Business Migration on their arrival to SA. This change won’t affect any current or future visa holder’s eligibility to fulfil the requirements at either the Subclass 888 Review stage, or during PR (permanent residency) status.
The SA (South Australia) government can nominate skilled and talented migrants from overseas for Permanent Resident (PR) Visa. The State’s business migration program looks to attract high quality business owners or entrepreneurs that can create candid and viable opportunities, including in the regions, which will benefit their economy as well as local businesses and the workforce.
